What is Coaching?

Coaching is a unique, dynamic relationship between coach and client that concentrates on where you are now, who you are when you are at your best, and what you want to achieve or create in your life. It is also a method of empowering you to seek your own answers, while providing support, accountability, and encouragement as you continue on your path.

How do I Know if I Need a Coach?
